Coode Island Fire, Melbourne

 

AMAT engineers carried out the metallurgical investigation into the cause of the massive and catastrophic chemical storage complex fire at Coode Island in 1991.

 

The findings presented by AMAT Materials Engineering were crucial in determining the fault, and helping prevent future incidents from occuring.
